I like to connect with new clients by phone before scheduling a first appointment. This gives us a chance to talk briefly about what you’re looking for in a therapist and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about my approach, training, or what therapy with me is like. These calls typically last about 15 minutes and are free of charge. Even if I am not the right therapist for you, I will do my best to help you find who is.
